Meaningful history session held last week at ACMS

Adair County Middle School shared that last week, "the 8th grade students had the opportunity to participate in a Zoom session with the Holocaust Museum. It was a powerful real-world learning experience that helped bring history to life in a meaningful way. A huge thank-you to our 8th grade reading teachers, Haley Starns and Crystal Huckaby, for continually seeking out ways to make learning engaging, relevant, and impactful for our students."

Bells at Columbia UMC on first Sunday of Advent

During the morning worship service at 10amCT Sunday, December 7, 2025, the Lindsey Wilson University Band will be presenting musical selections of the Christmas season. Misleading Packaging

Tommy writes, "When you open a new box of crackers you will see a lot of empty space at the top. This is how consumers are getting ripped off. It's two fold: they raise their price per box and then they give you less product. It's very misleading."
