Yellow Garden Spider at Hillsboro, KY - This pic was taken last July in the Hillsboro area of Kentucky. This spider was behind the house where I was staying . It took three attempts, over a two hour period, to get the sun position and lighting just right for the photo. I used the "Macro" feature on my lens at about 2 inches away from the garden spider. The Simon Finn Bridge at Kemp, KY was constructed in 2010 by Lewis Garrison Construction, LLC of nearby Clay Ridge, and spans Russell Creek. On the far side of the Bridge, the road to the right is Paul Rogers Road, Adair County CR #1549, a .8675 mile road; to the left, Kemp Road, CR #1459, is a 1.065 road. Both a blacktopped and both are in Billy Dean Coffey's Magisterial District No 5. Kemp is located at the lowest elevation in Adair County.
