Lightly cornmeal dusted chunks of flounder and Adair County farm fresh eggs, with vinegar salad of cukes, green pepper, yellow squash and Vidalia onions and tomatoes is good for breakfast, brunch, lunch and/or supper - though everything except for the tomato steaks, at this time of the year, is superfluous. The stocks coming in at the farmers markets - FM2 Wednesdays and Saturdays, and Adair Farmers Market on Tuesdays and Saturdays - have the best flavor ever this year.
