Please continue keeping ColumbiaMagazine.com editor Ed Waggener and the entire family in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate the unknown over the days ahead. He suffered cardiac arrest at home Thursday evening. He was revived by Adair County EMS and rushed to the hospital where he remains in critical condition. We are trying to be bedside as much as possible, but Ed's priority has always been that the news must be delivered, so we'll keep updating Columbia Magazine, too. We know it would mean a lot to him if you keep sending news and pictures, and if you recall a special photo or story from over the 20+ years of archives, it would be wonderful to have that reminder to share. Campbellsville University's campus radio station, WLCU-FM, 88.7 The Tiger, has a new local morning show with host student Ashley Pennington. The show, titled "Wake-Up Call," features Pennington, a sophomore from Science Hill, KY in Pulaski County, who will host Monday-Friday starting at 6amCT/7amET. She began her show Sept. 17, 2018.
