Thoughts of Junior and Ed and pickup trucks and a trusty dog
2019-02-14 - Downtown Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. Good friends Junior Stotts and Ed Waggener passed away within six months of each other and leave big gaps in both families plus many Stotts Construction and Columbia Magazine business associates and friends. Thanks to the writer of the accompanying letter, reminding us of their strong friendship and contributions to this place while they lived. - LW

Here is another photo of the Southwest corner of the Columbia Public Square in earlier years when retail businesses filled each of the buildings, both upstairs and down. We have had several of the businesses named, just a few need to be added. This is a view from what is today the Edward D. Jones agency, looking straight across to the Southwest side the Square.
