Good news for Columbia, KY Public Square 2019-02-27 - Adair County, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener and Ellen Zornes. Progress is being made on the exterior of the historic building on the Public Square in Columbia next door to the renovated Nanwood Market. We now get to welcome the Lindsey family to downtown. They are getting started as the special promotion, "To The Nines" looks to start up in March with local business members of the Chamber of Commerce staying open later one Friday evening each month. The big one got away 2019-02-27 - Adair County, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. Two Hawks were soaring in the sky full of sunshine Monday, February 18, 2019 around Bull run Creek. Just for a moment they perched in the tree top. I thought I could capture them but they were too fast for me. One is visible and, looking closely, you can see the second one, wings open wide, taking off.
