Fiscal Court hears request for renovations by PVA 2019-04-11 - Adair County Courthouse Annex, Columbia, KY - Photo by Tiffany Kessler, columbiamagazine.com. PVA Landon Edwards was in attendance at the April Fiscal Court meeting seeking approval to renovate the current PVA office. The changes, which include knocking down a portion of a wall, are within the PVA budget and would not come at a cost to the county.
