Host parents receiving their standing ovation

On Monday, April 29, 2019, the International Student Programs (ISP) at LWC had their annual Host Family Appreciation gathering. The audience included 170 people from a 6-county area, and ended with a standing ovation for the host families.

Bryson Jones at Host Family Appreciation

Bryson Jones, Assistant Director of ISP from Stamping Ground, KY, closed out the evening with another heartfelt speech. He reviewed his year with ISP and shared that he will forever keep the memories and experiences he felt he was privileged to make in his heart. Bryson is scheduled to graduate May 2019.

ACHS Spring Concert: Andy Davis will be one of the singers

You can hear Andy Davis sing in the Spring Concert is at Columbia United Methodist Church, 7pmCT on May 16, 2019. Andrew William "Andy" Davis is in 12th grade at ACHS and is a member of the choir. He is the son of Randy and Rhonda Davis of Columbia and has been singing since he was three years old. He took his first music class in Kindergarten. Andy sings tenor and his nickname is King Monkey. He and the other choir members and the director Ginna Franklin invite everyone to attend the concert.

Egypt Christian Church held a surprise celebration to honor their pastor Paul Patton on Sunday, April 28th. Pictured is Bro. Paul Patton, accepting the award for his 60 years of ministry. Presenting the award was Jacob Doss.
