Charlie the ACMS Therapy Dog gets support letter

Charlie, the new public school Therapy Dog, inspired a letter of support from cancer survivor Mitzi Bault who knows what comfort they can give. Click 'read more' below for her letter. Charlie, the five month old Golden Doodle, was featured with Cindy Wells, guidance counselor at ACMS, on the first day of school. Charlie joins Therapy Dog Blue at ACPC, and the Annie the Drug Dog at ACHS.

Happy 80th Birthday Welby 'Pinkey' Sandidge

Family and friends gathered to give him good wishes for many more birthdays Saturday at the Old School Cafe on the Metcalfe County Public Schools campus. He is pictured here with his children.
