Student assignment includes trip to Farmers Market

The ACMS students in Brittany Smith's class who visited the Farmers Market on the Square Wednesday, August 21, 2019 studied their class assignment and made required documentation first, and then they shopped and enjoyed talking with the vendors in each booth.

Signs at the Laundromat

Signs are necessary when a community shares the space. On a recent stop at the laundromat, these messages advised: no writing on the walls or tables, no leaving unattended clothes in machines, be sure to look for melted plastic before drying your laundry, and as in almost every business, not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Adair County Middle School class visits FM2

Brittany Smith's ACMS Ag 1 class visited the Farmers Market on the Square on Wednesday, August 21, 2019. Students visited with the vendors and asked questions about the produce and goods they were selling. Students were also able to purchase local produce to take home.
