2019-10-07 - Adair County, KY - Photo by Bobby Morrison. One of the tall one-room Flatwoods School windows was in need of replacement. RAIN, YES!
2019-10-06 - Columbia - Photo by Tiffany Kessler, columbiamagazine.com. Mother Nature teased our county all Sunday with hopeful rain clouds and light winds. At 6pm (CST), everything that the sun had dried out over the past few months received a steady drink of water. The sound hitting the porch roof was glorious! I'm not sure who was more excited, Kasey Blue Kessler or this photographer (his mother). - TK

Old Brush Creek Bridge Re-visited, Green County
2019-10-06 - Green Co., KY - Photo by Robert Ellis. Back in July I posted a pic of this bridge from a different perspective. That original photo was taken from the bridge that is partially viewable in this photo. I was a little ill prepared to take this image since I had left my wading boots at home, plus it started to rain, and continued while I was standing in the creek.
Navigating the extremely slick bottomed creek, (close to going down 3 times) in soaked Red Wing boots, fogged up camera lens and glasses I was ultimately rewarded with this photo. --ROBERT ELLIS. (c) Robert Ellis Woodworking
