Winning hat at Downtown Days

4-H Week proclaimed in Adair by Judge and Mayor

Adair County Judge Executive Gale Cowan, left, and Mayor Pamela Hoots joined 4-Hers at the Extension Office Thursday to proclaim it National 4-H Week. From left are: Wesley Rose, Ellie Cheatham, Beth Cowan, Tori Kimbler, Lindsey Taylor, and Noah Newell. 4-H is the largest youth development organization in the country and has helped 3,044 young Adair Countians to become confident, independent, resilient and compassionate leaders.
