Kentucky Wired speaker Donavon McClure spoke to Fiscal Court, pictured here, and also earlier in the day to the Chamber of Commerce, to share a very positive progress report of the work going on across the state in bringing high speed internet access to every home and business. The project was started by former Gov. Steve Beshear with Congressman Hal Rogers in the SOAR initiative in eastern Kentucky.
