Walmart remodel happening through April

A shipping crate city now occupies approximately a fourth of the parking spaces at the Columbia Walmart filled with new shelving, paint, electrical supplies and more. The interior is getting a massive overhaul, already the Subway is closed to make room for the growing customer pick-up service. Banners encourage home delivery fee-free for thirty days.

Superbowl ad gets negative reaction from LWC students

Members of the Lindsey Wilson College Singers react to the showing of Coffee Mate's "Foam Diva" Super Bowl LIX TV ad on Monday morning in W.W. Slider Humanities Center Recital Hall. The spot, which featured a dancing tongue, elicited strong negative reactions from several students.

Congratulations ACHS Homecoming royalty

Stolen power tools located by Adair Sheriff's Office

Adair County Sheriffs Deputies responded to the Flatwoods Road area about someone trying to hide tools in a field. Deputies were able to make contact with two male individuals and locate numerous power tools stolen from two different locations in the Portland Road area of Adair County.

Stolen vehicle located in Sheriff's search

During an investigation the Adair County Sheriffs Office located a stolen vehicle and other stolen property that was reported stolen to the Kentucky State Police from the Cedar Grove Road area of Adair County.
