A hand signal to call for help 2021-11-13 - I-75 rescue - Photo by the Canadian Women's Foundation. This hand signal was used by a missing teen who flashed it through the car window toward passing cars. The silent signal was noticed by a driver who had also seen it on the social media website TicToc and recognized that she was possibly giving a signal she was in danger. The driver who recognized it, called 911. Law enforcement pulled the car over and learned the girl's parents had reported her missing.
