By Veronica Arnold The float our church worked on as a community is heading off for the parade grounds for finishing touches. What joy the parade preparations was to my family as kids can see it getting built and they knew the parade was drawing closer. And if the parade was close, so was Christmas!! This is the first year our church is participating in the parade with a float. We are excited to connect with the community and share the true joy of Christmas! The birth of Jesus! Walmart grant will help community children 2021-12-03 - Columbia, KY . The City of Columbia has been awarded a Community Grant from the Walmart Foundation. The $2,000 grant will be used for the Christmas Program for children in our community through the Columbia Police Department.
