Reliford and Coleman advance in Shao-Lin

Langston Reliford, age 7, advanced to blue belt and Ty Coleman, age 12, advanced to his first degree black belt after testing at the YMCA in Paris recently.

The boys are students of Sensei Adam Shepard. Shepard is the Family and Youth pastor at Columbia Christian Church, where he holds classes.

The 118-year old liberal arts college conferred 409 graduate and undergraduate degrees on Saturday, Dec. 18, 2021.

First graduates from Lindsey Wilson College MSTM program

LWC master of science in technology management graduates Karan Motwani, left, from Charlotte, North Carolina, and Rupak Balami from Newton, Iowa, celebrate after receiving their master's degrees at LWC's winter commencement ceremony on Saturday.

The pair traveled more than 2,000 miles, collectively, to take part in the festivities. This was the first cohort to graduate from LWC's MSTM program.

Lucy Namulemo earns doctorate degree

Lucy Namulemo from Kampala, Uganda is the first international student to be awarded a degree from LWC's doctorate of philosophy in counselor education & supervision program.

The College awarded 12 doctorate degrees on Saturday, the largest graduating class of CES students since the program's inception in 2014.

Coyt leads the CES graduates in to Winter Commencement

Hannah Coyt from Bowling Green, Kentucky, leads a row of CES graduates to the LWC commencement stage in Biggers Sports Center on Saturday morning during LWC's 114th commencement ceremony.

Coyt earned her doctorate degree in 2020 but her in-person recognition was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. LWC awarded 12 doctorate degrees on Saturday, the program's largest graduating class since its inception in 2014.
