COVID-19 Update - not time to totally relax
2022-03-27 - Photo from Lake Cumberland District Health Department. Life seems like it's going back to normal after the pandemic but this map showing numbers of cases indicates that we are not out of the woods (in the green) yet. In our 10-county health district, one county has gone back to the red, danger level, and the rest are still in the mid-range. With mask requirements a thing of the past, each family is on its own to use them or not based on health needs.

Mystery among the art and history displays
2022-03-27 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. The Adair County Student Art Show continues at Columbia's historic Trabue Russell House. Great works by all age students are on display and also historic pieces like this one are mixed in. The question is: what was this old time tool kit used for? Volunteers at the House hope someone among the Columbia Magazine readers will be able to say exactly what it was and how it would have been used in its day.
The exhibit is open from 1-3pmCT on each of the following Saturdays and Sundays: April 2nd and 3rd, and on the weekend of April 9th and 10th, 2022. For details, call the City of Columbia, 270-384-2501.
