Adair Co. students excel at KUNA
 2022-04-14 - Louisville, KY . Mrs. Candice Flatt's Gifted and Talented class attended the Kentucky United Nations Assembly in Louisville, Kentucky, on March 16-18, 2022. They competed with 33 other high schools in Kentucky and their resolution got passed by the Secretary General. They also won Premier Delegation and Outstanding Ambassador, Jonathan Gold.

A puzzler by a former member of the ACMS Photography Club
 2022-04-14 - Adair County, KY - Photo by Shyanna Marie Harmon. Shyanna Harmon, 13, had made this creative picture just before her life tragically ended in an auto accident. She'd shared it with her best friend and fellow ACMS Photography Club member, Skylar Gilbert, who brought it to the meeting Tuesday. The picture demonstrates Shyanna's gift for creative art in photography. It shows her sandal clad foot in the air against a bright blue sky background, and the matching empty shoe, as if a reflection over a pool, perched on top. It takes some study to finally figure out just how she'd arranged the picture puzzler. Everyone wished she could have been there to explain how she came up with the idea.
