Sunset features thunder and heavy rain in sunshine

The Monday, June 13, 2022 sunset featured thunder and heavy rain while under blue skies and sunshine. Frank and Billy Hadley said they heard the thunder and felt a few drops of rain but I looked at the blue sky and didn't believe them -- until the downpour began.

Know the signs of Heat Stroke

The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued Heat Advisories for today through Wednesday, June 15, 2022. It pays to know the difference between Heat Exhaustion and Heat Stroke. If someone is experiencing heat stroke, they need medical attention immediately. Signs to watch out for include hot, dry skin, throbbing headache, and/or loss of consciousness.
