Hobert Bell, 82, Russell County, KY (1936-2018) August 28, 1936 - September 10, 2018 (Age 82) He was a steel foundry worker and member of Victory Baptist Church in Indianapolis. He was the son of the late Ima Johnson Bell and Elmer Bell. He was the widower of Christine Bell. His wife, Amy Bell, Sheridan, IN, survives. He leaves 13 direct and three step- living descendants. His final resting place will be in the Jamestown City Cemetery, Russell County, KY.
