What in the world is going with shut down of Grandview?

Almost everyone we've talked to are wondering what in the world is going on with the government shutdown of Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Campbellsville, KY, considered by South Central Kentuckians as the Gold Standard for such facilities.
