Mr. Eudell Montgomery, age 81 of the Ebenezer Community in Green County, KY, passed away Friday, August 3, 2018, at his home.

The funeral services for Mr. Eudell Montgomery will be conducted at 11amCT, Wednesday, August 8, 2018, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Liberty Separate Baptist Church Cemetery, Liberty Church Road, Greensburg, KY. Visitation is requested from 3pm until 8pmCT, Tuesday, August 7, 2018, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT, Wednesday until time of the funeral service.

He was born January 12, 1937. He died Friday, August 3, 2018, at his home in the Ebeneezer Community of Green County, KY, at the age of 81 years, six months, and 22 days.

Survivors include his wife, Peggy Wright Montgomery, of the Ebenezer Community, Green County, KY, and the following:
  • One daughter - Lana Southwood of Campbellsville, KY

  • One son and a daughter-in-law - Timothy & Tina Montgomery of Charlestown, IN

  • Two sisters: Eunice Wright of Campbellsville, KY; and Linda Lawson of Lebanon Junction, KY

  • Two grandchildren - Jonathan Southwood of Campbellsville, KY, and Rebekah & Bob Algard of Norman, OK

  • Two nephews - Gary Lawson and Charlie Lawson

  • Two nieces - Connie Wright and Kay Lawson Ensor

  • Four great nephews - William Wright, Mitchell Wright, Chaz Lawson and Tanner Ensor

  • Three great nieces - Hope Lawson, April Lawson and Shelley Kay Ensor

Memorials are suggested to the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church Building Fund or to the Liberty Separate Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
