Preston Allen Gilbert, 34, Adair County, KY (1983-2018) October 5, 1983 ~ July 29, 2018 (Age 34) He was heading home, on a trip with his uncle Robert Gilbert, after having visited family in Ohio when the accident happened and both men died from injuries sustained. He had attended the Bloomington Chapel Brethren in Christ Church. A joint funeral service for Allen Gilbert and his uncle Robert Lee Gilbert will be held Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 10amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY with clergy officiating Bro. Ralph Foster, pastor of Bloomington Chapel Church. Interment will be in the Fudge Cemetery, 847 Independence Ridge Road, Breeding, KY . The family will receive friends from 6pm-8pmCT on Friday, August 3, 2018 at the funeral home. Preston Allen Gilbert, 34, Adair County, KY (1983-2018) Allen was born Wednesday, October 5, 1983 in Mariemont, Hamilton County, Ohio. He was the son of Tommy Henson & Betty Ann Gilbert. He died Sunday, July 29, 2018, in Union, KY, at the age of 34 years, nine months, and 24 days.
