He had attended the Bloomington Chapel Brethren in Christ Church. A joint funeral service for Allen Gilbert and his uncle Robert Lee Gilbert will be held Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 10amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY with clergy officiating Bro. Ralph Foster, pastor of Bloomington Chapel Church. Interment will be in the Fudge Cemetery, 847 Independence Ridge Road, Breeding, KY . The family will receive friends from 6pm-8pmCT on Friday, August 3, 2018 at the funeral home.
