Query: Joyce Groce asks about Marcums of Sulphur Well, KY Joyce Groce writes: My grandfather was John Ira Marcum; great-grandfather William Marcum. In the Sam Marcum Family photo collection, you would not by chance have photos of John and/or William, would you? I've heard of Sam and Earl all my life, but never had the privilege of meeting them. And I have got a photo of the Marcum Mill. My father was old when I was born, so most of his kin were much older and many of them had passed on before my time. Your help is most appreciated. Thanks, Joyce Marcum GroceComments re photo 70209 Sam Marcum at Sulphur Well mill in 1947 This story was posted on 2018-07-30 13:23:11
