Nellie Lee Cox Beard, 79, Adair County, KY (1939-2018) She leaves many to mourn her passing after a courageous battle with cancer. Her loving husband of 57 years, Bobby G. Beard, of Pellyton, KY, survives. She was the matriarch of a deeply Christian, family, who inspired others to higher paths in life. She leaves nine direct living descendants. A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 10amCT at the Barnetts Creek Cemetery, Barnett's Creek Road, Columbia, KY. Clergy officiating will be Bro. Larry Lemmon and Bro. Troy Long. Interment will be in the Barnetts Creek Cemetery. There will be no public visitation.
