Donald Goff, 76, Taylor County, KY (1941-2018)

Donald was a former Ferrier, lifelong farmer, avid outdoorsman, a gardener and to say he was a horse lover would be putting it mildly. He professed faith in Christ and was a lifelong member of Friendship Baptist Church. He was married to Ellen Buchanan who survives. He leaves six direct living descendants. The family remembers a special grand dog among other survivors

Donald Goff, 76, died at 8:05 P.M., Saturday, June 30, 2018 in Louisville at age 76.

Funeral service will be at 10amCT/11amET Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home by Bro. Kent Ashley and Barry Blevins. Visitation will be from 4-7pmCT/5-8pmET Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery.



Donald Goff, 76, Taylor County, KY (1941-2018)

Donald Goff was the son of the late Homer Goff & Alice "Eva" Bennett Goff. He was born December 6, 1941 in Hart County, KY. He died Saturday, June 30, 2018 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY at the age 76 years, six months, and 24 days.

He united in marriage to Ellen Buchanan May 27, 2001. He professed faith in Christ and was a lifelong member of Friendship Baptist Church.

Donald was a former Ferrier, lifelong farmer, avid outdoorsman, a gardener and to say he was a horse lover would be putting it mildly.

Survivors are:
  • His wife, Ellen B. Goff of Campbellsville, KY

  • Three daughters: Angela Leonard and husband, John of Wilmington, DE; Allyson Bagwell and husband, Bo of Versailles, KY; and Mindi Goff of Campbellsville, KY

  • Two grandsons: Connor Burton of Campbellsville, KY; and Andrew Dick of Panama City, FL;

  • One great-grandson, Travis Dick of Panama City, FL

  • A special grand-dog: Ike Bagwell;

  • Two sisters and two brothers: Geraldine Jones and husband, Milton of Campbellsville, KY; Phyllis Wagster and husband, John of Michigan, Dwayne Goff and wife, Della of Drakesboro, KY; and Glenn Goff of Greenville, KY.

  • Several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Send condolences to the family of Donald Goff.

Expressions of sympathy requested to be donations to Sonshine Children's Home, Gideon Bibles or First United Methodist Church parking lot fund and may be made at the funeral home.

The Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, is in charge of arrangements.
