Personal Commentary

I applaud the owners and managers of Anderson's Pizza for their upfront and quick response to an employee testing positive for Hep A.

The health department has stated there is "no risk of contracting Hepatitis A from the establishment at this time," yet Adair countians have seemingly jumped ship.

My husband and I had the pleasure of eating there today.

As always, employees were very friendly and the place was spotless, and food was tasty.

However, it was empty at a time that should have been busy.

I hope that this is temporary, due to fear of the unknown.

I would hate to see one of the few good restaurants in town succumb to something beyond their control.

We know that no one would purposely hire an employee that was infected with such a disease.

There are many folks whose livelihoods depend on this establishment.
