Fire Dues now being accepted for July 1, 2018-June 30, 2019

Property owners should be seeing lower premiums due to better rating. Previously the rating was class 9. Captain Brandon Harvey says 'If you own structural property within 5 road miles of the Breeding Fire Department station, you could receive anywhere from 0 - 30 % discount on your homeowners insurance," and sends a reminder that Fire Dues are now being accepted, by mail, in the dues box at the station.

The Breeding Area Volunteer Fire Department is now accepting fire dues beginning July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. Firefighters will be at the Breeding Area VFD station, 290 Fire Department Lane, Breeding, KY 9am-12pmNoonCT, Saturdays, June 30, 2018 and July 14, 2018, to collect fire dues.

In the fall of 2017, the Breeding Area Volunteer Fire Department underwent an ISO - Insurance Services Office Audit.

We are very proud to announce that the Breeding Area Volunteer Fire Department received a classification rating of 5/5Y.

Since early 2000's our district classification was a class 9 rating.

Achieving this rating would not have been possible without the support of our community. We say "Thank You" for your support.

If you would like a copy of the ISO audit letter, please feel free to stop by on any of the mentioned dates to obtain a copy.
