Sandy Clayton Dean, 61, of Jamestown, KY passed away suddenly on June 25, 2018,at her home.

Funeral Services for Sandy Clayton Dean will be at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Jamestown, KY at 11amCT, Thursday June 28, 2018, with Pastor Nick Armstrong officiating. Friends may visit after 5pmCT, Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at the funeral home. Burial in the Jamestown City Cemetery, 201 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY.

Sandy was born in Albany, Clinton County, KY on June 26, 1956. She was a daughter of the late Wendell Clayton & Wanda (McWhorter) Clayton, who survies, of Jamestown, KY. She died Monday, June 25, 2018, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY, at the age of 61 years, 11 months, and 30 days.

She is survived by

  • Mother: Wanda Clayton, of Jamestown, KY

  • Two daughters: Heather (Mark) Rooks, of Somerset, KY; andAshle (Kevin) Helm, of Russell Springs, KY

  • Sister" Tammy (James) Maynard, of Middleburg, KY

  • Special cousin" Debra Johnson Lawless, of Jamestown, KY

  • Seven grandchildren
She is preceded in death by her father.
