Two vehicle collision at LBN Pkwy Exit 46 results in injuries Pineville man, exiting parkway onto Burkesville Road, turns into path of vehicle driven by Columbia woman. He was transported by Adair EMS to TJ Health/Columbia. She was later taken to same hospital by private vehicle. Adair County Sheriff's Department is investigating the accident. The Adair County Sheriff's Office responded to a two vehicle collision with injuries. The accident occurred on Burkesville Road near the 46 exit of the Louie B Nunn Parkway. The accident occurred when 73 year old James Burr of Pineville, KY was exiting from the Exit 46 ramp turning onto Burkesville Road. Mr. Burr pulled into the path of 29 year old Jessica Gilbert of Columbia who was traveling South on Burkesville Road. The Gilbert vehicle struck the Williams vehicle. Mr. Williams was transported to T.J. Health/Columbia by Adair County EMS. Ms. Gilbert was later taken to T.J. Health/Columbia by private means for injuries sustained.
