Mr. Darryl Ray Rayburn of Greensburg, KY, departed this life on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at his home. He was 53 years, one month, and 24 days of age. Cremation was chosen. No formal service or visitation to be held.

Mr. Darryl Ray Rayburn of Greensburg, KY, son of Raywood Rayburn of Hardyville, KY and the late Anna Jean Polston Rayburn, was born on Tuesday, April 20, 1965 in Barren County, KY and departed this life in Greensburg, Green County, KY, on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at his home, at the age of 53 years, one month, and 24 days of age.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a farmer.

Besides his father, Mr. Rayburn is survived by:
  • Three sons and two daughters-in-law: Nathan and Cassandra Rayburn, Daryl and Chrystal Rayburn both of Donansburg, KY; Jeremiah Rayburn and his companion, Judy Bowles of Horse Cave, KY

  • A daughter: Charita Rayburn of Metcalfe County, KY

  • Five grandchildren: Graicy Rayburn, James Tyler Rayburn, Brayden Rayburn, Gavin Rayburn, and Caleb Rayburn all of Donansburg, KY
  • Two brothers and two sisters: Roger Rayburn of Hardyville, KY; Michael Rayburn of Munfordville, KY; Cissy Miller, and Melinda Rayburn both of Hardyville, KY

  • His companion: Belinda McDonald of Summersville, KY

  • Mothers of his children: Amanda Neal, and Loretta Compton both of Metcalfe County, KY

  • And a host of other relatives and friends
Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, is in charge of the arrangements. The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Family Burial Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
