She loved to watch birds especially Martins and Hummingbirds. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of First Baptist Church in LaCenter, KY. She was the widow of Dewey Knight, her husband of 68 years. She leaves relatives in Western KY and descendants in the Adair County, KY area. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 9, 2018, at 11amCT, at Morrow Funeral Chapel, 376 W Kentucky Drive, La Center, KY, with the Rev. Brian Steward officiating. Interment will follow at Barlow Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday evening after 5pmCT, at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY. She died Tuesday, June 5, 2018, in LaCenter, Ballard County, KY, at the age of 92 years, one month, and four days. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Dewey Knight; two brothers Jessie Myatt and Jimmy Myatt; and three sisters, Beulah Peyton, Merle Boulton and Mary Taylor. She loved flowers and gardening. She enjoyed upholstering furniture. She loved to watch birds especially Martins and Hummingbirds. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
