Marvine Epp Crutcher, 77, Casey County, KY (1941-2018) Marvine was a retired deputy sheriff at the Casey County Sheriff's Office. She attended Liberty First Baptist Church and was a trustee on the Casey County Library Board from 1992-2002. Marvine was later on the Casey County Library advisory board for several years. She had a wonderful sense of humor with an upbeat attitude and she truly never met a stranger. She was the daughter of the late Marvin and Helen Volkman Epp. Her husband of 40 years, Thomas "Tom" Crutcher, survives. She leaves 22 direct living descendants.
