Sharon Sue Durrett Bishop, 68, Summersville, Green Co., KY (1949-2018) She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Oak Grove Separate Baptist Church. She was also a retired Agriculture Programmer for the ASCS Office. She was a member of a prominent Green County, KY family. She was the daughter of the late Ancil "Bug" Durrett & Wilma Hall Durrett, and the widow of Ronnie Lane Bishop, her husband of 49 years. She leaves four direct living descendants. The funeral services for Mrs. Sharon Sue Durrett Bishop will be conducted at 1pmCT, Thursday, April 19, 2018 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery, 1096 Grab Road, Green County, KY, with Bro. Casey Durrett and Bro. Blake Durrett officiating. Visitation was requested from 3:30pm-8pmCT, Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and is requested after 7amCT, Thursday until time of the funeral service. Pallbearers: Campbell Bishop, Troy Durrett, Tanner Durrett, Gannen Durrett, Ashley Shuffett, and Corbin Shuffett Sharon Sue Durrett Bishop, 68, Summersville, Green Co., KY (1949-2018) She was born on Wednesday, December 7, 1949 in Green County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Ancil "Bug" Durrett & Wilma Hall Durrett. She died Sunday, April 15, 2018 at in Glasgow, Barren County, KY. She was 68 years, 4 months, and 8 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Oak Grove Separate Baptist Church. She was also a retired Agriculture Programmer for the ASCS Office.
