Linda Sue Staples, 43, of Jamestown, KY passed away on Thursday March 22, 2018, at her home.

The Family chose care and cremation. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Linda Sue Staples, 43, Russell County, KY (1974-2018)

She was born in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY on September 9, 1974. She was a daughter of the late Cleo Clifton McDonald and Mary Alice (Bernard) McDonald, who survives, of Eubank, KY. She died Thursday, March 22, 2018, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY, at the age of 43 years, six months, and 13 days.

In addition to her mother, she is also survived by:
  • Her fiance: Ricky Burchett, of Jamestown, KY

  • Her son: Jordan Hawkins, of Jamestown, KY

  • Her daughter: Mary Alice Bruflatt, of Russell Springs, KY

  • Sister: Cleda Scott, of Russell Springs, KY

  • Two half sisters: Francine Fortenberry, of Jamestown, KY and Karen Mullins, of Eubank, KY

  • Two half brothrs: Randy Sullivan, of Jamestown, KY, and Woody Sullivan, of Louisville, KY

  • Two grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her father, Cleo Clifton McDonald.
