He is survived by his cousins: Kenny and Paul Dixon, Ruthie Judd and Karen Curry, all of Greensburg, KY; Ronald Dixon of Metcalfe County, KY; Dianna Peek, and Eddie and Ricky Scroggy. all of Louisville.
