Joseph W. Noe, Jefferson Co., KY/Adair Co. native (1930-2018) He was born in Adair County, KY. He was a member of an outstanding Adair County family, the son of the late Joseph & Delma Hare Noe. His wife of 62 years, Ruth Reynolds Noe, survives. He was a retired employee of General Electric, was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War, and was a member of Parkland Baptist Church.
