Valeree Eads Dalton, 93, of Russell Springs, died Wednesday February 28, 2018 at her home.

Funeral service for Valeree Dalton will be at 10amCT, Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the Bethesda Community Fellowship Church, 3109 South Highway 127 Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Billy Dunbar officiating. Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT, Friday, March 2, 2018, at the Bernard Funeral Home, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, and 9am-10amCT, Saturday at the church. Interment will be in the Tarter Cemetery in Nancy.

Valeree Dalton was born October 25, 1924 in Naomi, Pulaski County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Sheridan & Lola Frances Floyd Eads. She died Wednesday February 28, 2018, in died Wednesday February 28, 2018 at her home in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 93 years, four months, and three days.

Valeree was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willis "Doc" Dalton; a daughter, Priscilla Weddle; and a son, Herbert C. Dalton.

Survivors are:
  • Eight daughters: Violet M. Conner, Jamestown, KY; Vivian Weddle, Judy Stewart, Rosalene Williams, Marlene Bernard, all of Russell Springs, KY; Tammy Carter, Jamestown, KY; Teresa McLean, Columbia, KY; and Ann Richardson, Russell Springs, KY

  • Two sons: Elliott Dalton, Milton, Indiana; and Lewis D. Dalton, Somerset, KY
