Charlie Caldwell, Jr., Green County, KY (1935-2018) Charlie loved farming and mowing lawns. He was always willing to help anyone in need. He greeted everyone with a loving smile and a warm hug. Charlie touched and influenced countless lives and was loved by everyone he encountered. Charlie loved his family and was a true man of God! He will be greatly missed. Click on headline for complete obituary Charlie Caldwell, Jr, was born January 11, 1935 in Green County, KY. He was the son of the late Charlie and Nina (Anderson) Caldwell. He was called home to Glory on Monday, February 26, 2018 from the comfort of his own home in Greensburg, KY, having attained the age of 83 years, The funeral service for Charlie Caldwell, Jr. will be at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Haskinsville Community of Green County, KY, at 11amCT, Saturday, March 3, 2018. The wake and visitation will be 9am-11amCT, Saturday at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 693 Haskinsville Road, Greensburg, Green County, KY. Rev. Michael Caldwell will be the minister. Burial will be in Green County Memory Gardens, Hodgenville Road, Summersville Community of Green County. Pallbearers: Robert Caldwell, JR Curry, Michael Ingram, Leroy Caldwell, Jr., Marcus Bullitt, and Tony Cameron Honorary Pallbearers: Leroy Caldwell, Joe Bridgewater, Jr., George Caldwell and William Haskins. Charlie dedicated his life to Christ at an early age and was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, where he was a Deacon and Choir member. He was a member of the Greensburg/Green County Civic Club and the Zion District Laymen. Charlie is survived by:
