Talmadge (Tab) Elton Rush, Summer Shade, KY (1934-2018) He was a Master Sergeant in the Air Force for 23 years. He was a member of the Beaumont Methodist Church. He was a member of a leading Summer Shade area family. He was the son of the late Ralph Kenton & Maymie Brooks Rush. His wife, Ella Taylor Rush, survives. He leaves two direct living descendants. His final resting place will be in the Rush Cemetery in Metcalfe County, KY. Funeral services will be at 1pmCT, Thursday, March 1, 2018, at McMurtrey Funeral Home, 2232 Summer Shade Road, Edmonton, KY, with Brother Meryl Young officiating. Burial will follow in the Rush Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 28 2018 from 3pmCT until 8pmCT, and on Thursday, March 1, 2018 after 7amCT until time of services.
