Flood warning in effect until 8:15amCT Sun 25 Feb 2018

The National Weather Service in Louisville, KY has issued a flood warning in effect until 8:15amCT, Sunday, February 25, 2018, for the following South Central Kentucky counties:
Adair, Cumberland, Metcalfe, Russell in the CM 7 County area, and Allen, Barren, Clinton, Logan Monroe, Simpson, Warren
The warning said, "At 2:31amCT, Doppler radar estimates that up to 2 inches of rain have fallen across the warning area early this morning. This rainfall on top of already saturated ground will lead to excessive runoff and flooding of low water crossings and low-lying areas this morning. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bowling Green, Glasgow, Russellville, Columbia, Scottsville, Tompkinsville, Albany, Jamestown, Edmonton and Burkesville."
