Tina Marie Wilkerson Payton, 55, Dunnville, KY (1962-2018)

She was a 1980 graduate of Edgewood High School in Ellettsville, IN, and a resident of Dunnville, KY, Tina was a homemaker who loved camping, fishing, photography, and especially her family. She was a daughter of Leon & Lyril Felton Chambers. Her husband, Danny S. Payton, survives. She leaves 15 direct living descendants.

Tina Marie (Wilkerson) Payton, of Dunnville, KY, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY, having attained the age of 55.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 3pm-8pmCT/4pm-9pmETon Thursday, February 8, 2018, at Eunice Church of God,12515 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY, Adair County, KY. A second Celebration of Life will be held from 1pm-7pmCT/2pm-8pmET, on Saturday, February 10, 2018, at Stinesville Nazarene Fellowship Hall, 7635 Main Street, Stinesville, IN



Tina Marie Wilkerson Payton, 55, Dunnville, KY (1962-2018)


Born on April 30, 1962, in Monroe County, IN, she was a daughter of Leon and Lyril Felton Chambers, who reside in Whitehall, IN. She died Friday, February 2, 2018, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 55 years, nine months, and two days.

She was a 1980 graduate of Edgewood High School in Ellettsville, IN. Tina was a homemaker who loved camping, fishing, photography, and especially her family.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by:
  • Her husband, Danny S. Payton, also a 1980 graduate of Edgewood High School

  • Four children: Amanda (Jonathon) Graham of Jamestown, KY; Megan (Robert) Creamer of San Jose, IL; Samantha (Jacob) Harris of Liberty, KY; and Joseph Payton of Liberty, KY

  • Eleven grandchildren

  • A sister: Paula (Mike) Johnson of Martinsville, IN
