Mrs. Evelyn Martin Kerr Finley, Burkesville, KY (1941-2018) She was a member of Rock Springs Church of Christ and an employee for Lake Cumberland Community Services. She was a native of Monroe County, KY, and a resident of Burkesville, KY, at the time of her death in Pickett County, TN. She was the daughter of the late Jack Ray & Loraine Short Kerr, and the widow of Noel Edward Finley. She was the matriarch of a large highly regarded family. She leaves 24 direct living descendants. The funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at 5pmCT, in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N Main Street, Burkesville, KY. The family will receive friends after 12pmNoonCT, on Tuesday until the funeral hour. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Noel Edward Finley, whom she wed, Saturday, June 7, 1958, and her siblings, Charlie Ray Kerr, Marilyn Kerr, and Jackie Lee Kerr.
