Ruth Halcolm, Taylor Co./Rockcastle Co., KY native (1939-2018) She was native of Rockcastle Co., KY, and a resident of Taylor County, KY, at the time of her death. She was a professed Christian, and a member of Elk Horn Baptist Church. She had a long career and retired as a supervisor from H. Bartle Sewing in Richmond, IN. She was the daughter of the late Ted Allen & Dona Hale Allen. With her passing, three siblings survive of her 15 brothers and sisters. She was the widow of John Halcomb, her husband of 43 years.
