William Turner (Billy) Bloyd, Adair Co., KY (1941-2018) He was a member of the Hadley's Community Church. He taught for 27 years at Cedar Grove Elementary School in Shepherdsville, KY, was a substitute teacher for 23 years, and was a volunteer for Adair County School System, educator over 50 years, farmer & a secretary for the Adair Search & Recue. He was a leader in the affairs of the Adair County Democratic Party. He was a member of the party's executive committee and was Vice Chair of the Executive Committee at the time of his death. He was the son of the late William Edward & Bertha Pauline Turner Bloyd. He leaves a sister, Betty Brinner; a special friend Loretta Budzisz, a vast number of friends and cousins to mourn his passing.
