Kenneth Isacc (K.I.) Riddle, Adair Co., KY/Cumberland Co. native (1928-2018)

He was a native of Marrowbone, Cumberland Co., KY, and a member of a prominent Adair County, KY family. He was the son of the late Danny Isaac & Pearl Strange Riddle, and the widower of Maxine Lollar Riddle. He leaves four direct living descendants. He is remembered for business leadership, dedication to his family and church, and for an engaging smile, and dry wit. He was a member of the Columbia Christian Church and was the highly successful Chevron distributor in Columbia for some 28 years. His final resting place will be in his native Cumberland County, KY.

Kenneth Isacc "K.I." Riddle, 89 of Columbia, KY passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at the St. Thomas East Hospital in Nashville, TN after a short illness

The funeral service will be Saturday January 20, 2018 at 11amCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY with Bro. Terry White & Bro. Raymond Martin officiating. Interment will be in the Burkesville Cemetery, Burkesville, KY. The family requests visiting after 3:30pmCT, on Friday, January 19, 2018, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.



Kenneth Isacc "K.I." Riddle, Adair County, KY/Cumberland Co. native(1928-2018)

He was born June 23, 1928 in Marrowbone, Cumberland County, KY. He was the son of the late Danny Isaac & Pearl Strange Riddle of Cumberland Co. KY. He died Wednesday, January 17, 2018, in Nashville, Davidson County, KY, at the age of 89 years, six months, and 25 days.

He was preceded in death by his wife Maxine Lollar Riddle a son Kenneth Stewart Riddle, a sister Josephine Riddle Moore and a granddaughter Saskia Nuszbaum

Mr. Riddle was a member of the Columbia Christian Church. He was the Chevron Oil Distributor in Columbia from 1959-1987.

He is survived by:
  • One grandson: Stewart (Sheri) Riddle of Lebanon, TN

  • Three great grandchildren
