Ol' Dave: Shares Hunter & Joyce memory of hardship at UK

Easily 80 below, best he can remember. Laments soft life of students today, (a reminder of the message of one of the late Dr. Steve Aaron's Sermons on the Wall: Suffering builds character. Anyway . . .

Dave Rosenbaum writes:
Hunter I remember that winter at UK. Had an eight o'clock class across campus. Walking down Euclid between Memorial and Stoll Field was brutal. Must have easily been eighty degrees below zero. Today classes are dismissed so that students can stay in their spacious dorms with private baths. Our youth are now a bunch of wimps! --Dave Rosenbaum
