CJE issues executive order closing Annex Building - 16 Jan 2018 EMERGENCY PUBLIC NOTICE An executive order by Adair County Judge Executive Michael Lee Stephens has been issued thereby CLOSING the Adair County Annex building, 424 Public Square, Tuesday, January 16, 2018. The offices of the judge executive, county attorney, county clerk and PVA will be closed due to the hazardous road conditions caused by the snow. Sheriff Harrison Moss' office will remain open.
