The funeral service will be held at 12pmCT/1pmET, on Monday, December 11, 2017, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Rev. Marty Shackleford officiating. Burial will follow in Whited Cemetery. The family will receive friends 10am-12pmCT/11am-10pmET, Monday, December 11, 2017, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. Sarah "Sally" Haggard, Casey County, KY (1949-2017) Born on December 22, 1949, in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was a daughter of Elizabeth Shurte Moore and the late Edmund Moore. She died Wednesday, December 6, 2017, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 67 years, 11 months, 14 days. Sarah was a loving mother and grandmother.
