Her husband of 36 years, Ron Haggard survives. She leaves 13 direct living descendants. Burial will follow in Whited Cemetery. The family will receive friends 10am-12pmCT/11am-10pmET, Monday, December 11, 2017, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. Sarah "Sally" Haggard, Casey County, KY (1949-2017) Born on December 22, 1949, in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was a daughter of Elizabeth Shurte Moore and the late Edmund Moore. She died Wednesday, December 6, 2017, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 67 years, 11 months, 14 days. Sarah was a loving mother and grandmother.
